Our 2024 Beyonding Retreat is taking place Saturday, December 7th - Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Imiloa Institute (where we will have the entire retreat center to ourselves), immersed in the Costa Rican jungle just north of Dominical, deep in the Savegre Mountains and overlooking the Pacific ocean.

An expert in helping leaders find and use their voice, Pascale Bourne is a Speech Language Pathologist, communication expert, coach, transformational facilitator, and Founder of the Bourne Transformation Group. She is a master at helping women tap into their power within which yields more than just clear communication; it cultivates authenticity and confidence.

A master of creating sacred spaces for women to connect and transform, Kailei Carr is the CEO and Founder of The Asbury Group and the Chief Curator of the Beyonding Community. Over the years, Kailei has helped thousands of leaders around the world align with their paths of purpose and show up with a more powered presence.

This Beyonding Retreat will mark 10 years for The Asbury Group and 5 years since the inaugural retreat (then called the Beyond the Business Suit Retreat).

Logistics Details

The retreat begins on Saturday, December 7th morning and ends the morning of Thursday, December 12th.

You'll be responsible for booking your flights into Costa Rica. The airport to fly into is San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica (SJO). Please review passport and visa requirements for your country and plan accordingly.

Arrival

Please book a flight to the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica (SJO) that arrives before 7:00 am local time on December 7th in order to arrive in time to board the private jet to Imiloa by 8:45 am. If unable to arrive prior to 7 am on Dec. 7th, please plan to arrive on Dec. 6th. Separate hotel accommodations, at your own expense, will be required. (see FAQs for recommendations).

If you are unable to, or prefer not to fly the private jet to Imiloa, you may opt for ground transportation at your own expense (note: Imiloa is about 3 1/2 hours away and taxi service is approximately $285 each way)

Departure

Your outbound flight needs to leave after 1 pm on December 12th as the private jet leaves Imiloa and returns to San Jose at about 10 am. It is recommended that you arrive at the airport 2 - 2.5 hours prior to your international flight.

Payment information: You may either pay in full or in three installments. If you select multiple payments, we will collect a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. You will then owe two more payments (one due on May 1, 2024 and the final payment due on July 1, 2024).

"Cancel for any reason" travel insurance is highly encouraged to cover any unforeseen cancellations, lost luggage, or medical emergencies. Here is an option for you.
